    With over two decades of running a business, merging mind and heart, intellect and intuitive knowledge, this coaching is built on my own lived experience. My love of science is the foundation on which a more holistic way of living and working has emerged. I bring authentic passion and enthusiasm, guiding with grounded optimism and practical realism.

I have left challenging relationships that did not value and honour me, building boundaries and connections that truly do. I now move in rhythm with personal cycles rather than forcing myself into someone else's linear plan, bringing what makes my heart sing and finding beauty in everyday life.
