• Guiding into the Heart – Arriving, grounding Heart practise with Heart intention

• Around 11am we will walk (4 mins) or drive (1 min) to Knowlton Church

• Earth Star Healing – Balancing, Energising & Activation with Source & Arch Angel Urial

• Around 12.30pm Lunch for 60 mins at Knowlton Church or back at Barn

• Sacred Circle Clearing – And rise with your Phoenix

• A journey into Sacred Embodiment – Witness, Observe, Embody, Ground, Experience with Joy

• Declaration of Self-Love Writing

• Breath Work if have time

• Move & Grove to finish
